Richard A. Serra
| Mr. Serra graduated from Avondale High School in Atlanta, Georgia. He joined the U.S. Air Force and served in South East Asia. He returned to Florida and attended Avon Park Junior College in Central Florida. He then went to work for the Florida Department of Corrections and then joined the U.S. Border Patrol starting his career in El Paso. He continued his education attending El Paso Junior College and spent the next 25 years on the southern border. Mr. Serra taught law and spanish at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He retired in 2003 as a Senior Special Agent - Border Organized Crime Coordinator for the upper valley. Mr. Serra's motto is "the students come first". |
