The School Board of Trustees will approve council members as recommended by each campus.</p> <p><strong><u>Attendance</u></strong> <br> Attendance should be encouraged and publicized.</p> <p><strong><u>Criteria</u></strong> <br> All Sectors of the community may be considered especially those who have the interest and commitment to participate.</p> <p><strong><u>Meetings</u></strong> <br> The Rio Hondo School Health Advisory Council will meet three times each semester.&nbsp; Special called meetings will require at least one week s notice to council members.</p> <p><strong><u>Officers</u></strong> <br> Officers are to be appointed as per election or assignment by administration.&nbsp; Officer positions include:&nbsp; Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.</p> <p><strong><u>Voting Procedures</u></strong> <br> The voting process should include one-half of the members to be present for a vote to be taken and two-thirds must vote for a motion in order to approve it.&nbsp; The Rio Hondo School Health Advisory Council requires a motion to be on the agenda before a motion may be made to approve it.&nbsp; It may be placed on the agenda as an agenda item and a vote may be taken at the next meeting.</p> <p><strong><u>Committees</u></strong> <br> Committees may be formed for the purpose of special functions required.&nbsp;
