Hazel provides convenient access to physical and mental health support for students, helping ensure their well-being and success at school. Services are provided at no cost to families and are designed to support students right when they need it.

We’re kicking off one of our favorite holiday traditions—12 days of Christmas dress-up fun! Each day will have a cheerful theme to bring joy, spirit, and excitement to our campus. We can’t wait to see our students and staff spread holiday cheer in creative and festive outfits!
Why is a Title I Meeting Required?
Title I is a federal program that provides extra funding to schools to support student learning. Because our school receives these funds, we are required to hold an annual Title I meeting to share important information with families.
During this meeting, we explain:
How Title I funding helps our students
Your rights as parents and partners in your child’s education
Our school’s academic goals and support programs
Ways you can get involved and stay informed
This meeting ensures transparency and strengthens our partnership with families. Your participation helps us work together to create the best learning environment for all students!
